About Kerrzone's Director of IT!

My name is Steve Kerr. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of British Columbia and joined the Bank of Montreal's Management Training program. After a series of branch assignments I held a wide variety of roles including processing centre manager,corporate auditor, lending operation manager, policy and procedure writer, logistics manager, and manager of credit card processing. In the mid-90's I embarked on a career in project management from both a business and technology perspective. For the last 7 years with BMO I led large departments with a focus on application development, maintenance and support.

In May 2008 I joined ATB Financial as Director Application Services.

Today, I am an accomplished IT Director with a high level of emotional intelligence and proven leadership capabilities.

· Extensive experience with application development and systems operations covering a wide variety of applications and networks

· Strong business and financial services background with a focus on credit cards, branch banking, corporate communications, audit, operations, lending, and retail investments
